About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team at Carbosynth LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
    • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to senior management
    • Identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business improvement
  • Strategic Planning
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans
    • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders
    • Identify and prioritize business opportunities and risks
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team of financial analysts
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and analysis
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through financial planning and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
