Senior SAP/S4 Transformation Leader

Your Challenge

As a key member of the Sustainability Stream team at Greiner, you will be responsible for leading the Substream Digital Product Passport implementation as part of the SAP/S4 HANA project.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and management of project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other streams to ensure that necessary requirements from the Digital Product Passport are fulfilled.
  • Evaluate and implement necessary software requirements that arise from the Digital Product Passport in collaboration with IT colleagues.
  • Define and integrate relevant requirements from the Digital Product Passport substream for the overall ONE project.

Your Profile

As a highly experienced SAP professional, you will possess:

  • Professional experience with existing SAP features, functionalities, and modules, including satellite systems such as Sustainability Control Tower, Green Token, Sustainable Footprint Manager, Responsible Design and Production, and other sustainability-related topics.
  • Several years of SAP experience.
  • Familiarity with sustainability initiatives, Digital Product Passport concepts, and legal requirements such as CSRD, CS3D, PPWR, ESPR, Taxonomy, and Tax.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful digital transformations.
