Role Summary

As a key member of the Alstom team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of goods to meet our operational needs. This involves managing supplier relationships, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records to drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supplier performance and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier performance, inventory levels, and logistics activities.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions to ensure business continuity.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, including SAP, and supply chain management software.
