As an Overnight Front Office Supervisor at The Star Grand and residences, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of luxury hospitality, working alongside a dedicated team of professionals in our iconic and prestigious property.
You will play a crucial role in overseeing the Front Office Operations on the overnight shift.
A few of your responsibilities:
Leading, motivating and engaging our Front Office Agents to continuously deliver five-star service Ensure the professional and efficient operations of the Front Office team Respond to guest feedback and implementing changes to prevent reoccurrence Encourage a positive working relationship between departments and team What we are looking for:
Previous duty manager/supervisory experience in hotel/hospitality environment is advantageous Knowledge in Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similar Ability to work independently and take actions on guest requests appropriately Second language (e.g., Mandarin or Cantonese) is advantageous Flexible availability to work night shifts from 11pm – 7:30am shift About you:
