Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee our daily operations and lead our fabrication facility.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing fabrication processes, driving growth, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations of the fabrication facility to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.
Growth Strategies:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and safety within the organization.
Project Management:
Drive project scheduling, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet business goals.
Compliance and Innovation:
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a talented team, promoting professional development and a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role within the steel or fabrication industry.
Strong understanding of fabrication processes, project management, and operational efficiency.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
