We currently have a full-time Senior Building Manager position available for immediate start.Location: Zetland NSW – Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm (excluding public holidays).

Mobile phone and company computer included.We are looking for a trustworthy and reliable person who can communicate effectively with residents, contractors, and the strata committee.
Must be well presented with great interpersonal skills.
We are also looking for an approachable and friendly person to help build strong relationships while co-managing this building located in the heart of Zetland.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging one site with (4) strata schemes with approx.
240 residential lots.Manage all shared facilities under the BMC.Liaise daily with onsite residents and commercial tenants.Keep the strata committee and BMC well informed.Manage all building assets including the AFSS.Engage contractors for routine servicing and Adhoc repairs.Help enforce adherence to by-laws.Assist with remedial projects and building upgrades.Provide regular reporting and updates.Manage the onsite cleaners in line with the cleaning schedule.Monitor and manage resident move-ins and move-outs.Complete routine onsite inspections of common property.Log tasks in the Building Management System.To be considered, we require you to possess the following as a minimum:5-7 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.Experience managing a BMC.Good strata knowledge is essential.Strong communication skills both written and verbal.Good skills in conflict resolution and dispute management.Friendly and positive attitude.Strong approach towards the completion of tasks.Visit us at To apply please click 'APPLY' button below.
