Meriton offers sales, leasing, and property management services, as well as the luxury hotel accommodation brand Meriton Suites with 23 locations nationwide.With continuous opening of new Meriton buildings and acquisition of new managements, our Building Management team is growingAre you an experienced Building or Property Manager who is seeking to work in a variety of Meriton's Iconic Buildings in greater Sydney?Current Permanent Full-Time vacancies are:Relief Building ManagerBuilding ManagerWith your customer-focused outlook, excellent communication skills, and previous Property Management and/or Building Management experience, you will be responsible for overseeing (or assisting with) the day-to-day building operations of a Residential Building.You will be supported by a vibrant operations management team, who have grown with our brand, and a dedicated head office property management team to support in the everyday leasing issues.Role requirements:At least 1-2 years' experience in a combination of Property or Building Management.A proactive work attitude with a strong customer service focus.Demonstrated knowledge of Strata, property and building management.Relief Building Manager - preferably own vehicle for travel in Greater Sydney (allowance provided)Be available to work on Saturdays (4 hours only) and be on call for occasional after-hours emergencies.You must hold an Assistant agent certificate or Class 2 Real Estate Agent's License.What we offer:Base Annual Remuneration and excellent commission structure designed to maximize earning potential.Constant training and excellent career progression.Fantastic opportunity to work for a highly successful brand.On-site training provided for Meriton processes.A range of benefits such as novated leasing, accommodation discounts, and more.Work phone and onsite parking.Due to the nature of this role, candidates with relevant local experience, qualifications, and Australian full-time permanent working rights will be considered.
