Are you an experienced Building or Property Manager who is seeking to work in a variety of Meriton's Iconic Buildings in greater Sydney?

Relief Building Manager
Building Manager
With your customer-focused outlook, excellent communication skills, and previous Property Management and/or Building Management experience, you will be responsible for overseeing (or assisting with) the day-to-day building operations of a Residential Building.
You will be supported by a vibrant operations management team, who have grown with our brand, and a dedicated head office property management team to support in the everyday leasing issues.
Role requirements:
At least 1-2 years' experience in a combination of Property or Building Management.
A proactive work attitude with a strong customer service focus.
Demonstrated knowledge of Strata, property and building management.
Relief Building Manager - preferably own vehicle for travel in Greater Sydney (allowance provided)
Be available to work on Saturdays (4 hours only) and be on call for occasional after-hours emergencies.
You must hold an Assistant agent certificate or Class 2 Real Estate Agent's License

Due to the nature of this role, candidates with relevant local experience, qualifications and Australian full-time permanent working rights will be considered. Successful candidates must provide a current Police Clearance.
