Role Highlights The Head of Digital Integration and Innovation is responsible for Digital Strategy Development and Digital Transformation Leadership across the college.The core duties include but are not limited to:Aligning with the strategic vision of the College, focusing on the integration of technology to create a forward-thinking learning environment.Promoting digital excellence, to ensure the College remains at the forefront of educational innovation.Leading digital innovation, providing students and staff with the resources and tools necessary for success in a digital environment.Co-ordinating and/or developing curriculum according to national, state and local requirements.Staying abreast of developments through on-going professional reading and research and providing for the professional learning of staff in line with these developments.Commence January 2025, the appointment shall be for an initial four years.Located 5km from the Brisbane CBD.Job Reference: #5370.College provided Laptop.Salary packaging options.Free yearly flu vaccination.Access to Employee Assistance Program for staff and their immediate family.Requirements The successful applicant will have:Graduate qualifications in education and postgraduate qualifications in digital learning, educational leadership, or a related field are preferred.Proven experience leading digital transformation projects within educational settings.Expertise in the effective integration of digital tools and technologies in the classroom and/or business enterprise.Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and foster innovation among staff and students.Ability to lead, manage and develop cohesive staff teams.Vision and success in the development and management of operational aspects of a high school.Strong sense of self-awareness and the ability to use it to lead by example.Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education, etc.
