As a Guest Service Officer at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for our valued guests.
Your professional demeanor, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will be essential in maintaining the hotel's high standards of customer satisfaction.
This position requires a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering unparalleled service at all times.
About You: You have the gift of the gab and excellent communication skills.
You must be passionate about providing the most memorable guest experience a hotel can offer.
Be able to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills.
The ability to work a rotating roster with weekend, evening, and occasional overnight availability.
Experience working with the Opera system is an advantage.
