With a robust pipeline of significant projects, they seek a skilled Senior Project Planner to join their dynamic team and contribute to outstanding outcomes.Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain short- and long-term project programs, ensuring milestones are achieved.Provide program updates, critical path reporting, and cashflow forecasts.Assess subcontractor claims (EoT) and support the commercial team.Drive safety, quality, and environmental standards through toolbox talks, inspections, and proactive risk management.Attend planning meetings, assess delivery methodologies, and provide strategic advice on program impacts.Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring communication is timely and effective.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and innovative planning practices.Role RequirementsDegree in Engineering and relevant project management qualifications.Proficiency in Primavera, Microsoft Office Suite, and GIS (I-View) mapping.Strong financial skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow preparation.Solid understanding of HSEQ standards and their integration into planning.Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and interpersonal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in an agile environment.What's in it for you?Opportunity to lead the planning of high-profile projects and influence their success.Work with a team of inspiring and supportive leaders.Join a business known for its collaborative, forward-thinking culture and commitment to excellence.Attractive salary package with clear career progression opportunities.Exposure to cutting-edge tools and technologies driving industry innovation.If you're a driven and experienced Senior Project Planner ready to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you
