They offer comprehensive services across every stage of the project lifecycle to help clients make informed commercial decisions, manage risk, and protect their return on investment.A talented and experienced Planning Consultant is required to join their dynamic team due to growth and opportunity in the region.What you'll do:This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Planner based in Sydney CBD.
The Senior Planner will be responsible for providing expert construction planning, programming and time-related advice to clients in the property and construction sectors.
This includes informing construction planning methodologies for predominantly building projects, programming, offering solutions for projects experiencing delays, and providing expert opinion on extension of time claims.
The role will involve working closely with clients and utilising current local data to deliver effective planning solutions.Why you'll be a great fit:At least 5 years' experience in first principles construction planning of built structure (building) projects for an Australian based construction contractorStrong knowledge of construction management and planningExperience in construction planning and programming and time-related advice for property and construction projectsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAttention to detail and ability to work with complex dataStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team and independentlyDegree in construction management, planning, engineering, or related fieldRelevant certifications or professional memberships (e.g., Certified Planner, Project Management Professional) are a plusReady to take your career to the next level?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.
