Tcl Electronics | Accounts Payable Supervisor

This full-time Accounts Payable Supervisor role at TCL Electronics Australia Pty Ltd is based in the Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs Melbourne VIC area.
You will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable function and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments.
Responsibilities
Set up accounts for new suppliers and maintain beneficiary bank accounts Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment Ensure compliance with payment terms and company policies Monitor accounts payable aging report for monthly cashflow forecast management Perform monthly bank and related party reconciliations, liaising both internally and externally to solve any discrepancies Assist accountant in month-end & year-end accrual Prepare monthly internal P&L and management expenses reports as required Conduct monthly hedging forecast and foreign exchange payment runs Participate in annual budget preparation and manage the monthly budget allocation Other duties as required by Financial Controller Required Skills & Attributes
Strong understanding of the end-to-end AP process Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy Ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment Experience with SAP system Be a strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is able to meet tight deadlines Experience/Qualification
Relevant tertiary qualification Proven experience in accounts payable, with 4-6 years' work experience What we offer
