Join Benetas and be a part of our mission to help older Victorians live their best lives.We're looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to manage, monitor, control and continually improve the Accounts Payable function, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to pay Benetas Suppliers in line with agreed trading terms and in accordance with financial policies and procedures.Some of the ways you'll make a difference:Operation of weekly and monthly supplier pay run processTimely delivery of process and compliance reportingAdministration and control of supplier masterfileEscalation point in the accounts payable teamManage and interact with internal and external stakeholdersOversight of supplier onboarding processEnsure a focus on continuous improvement and delivery within AP and Finance teams, and across the organisationLook into and work on automation opportunities through all AP processes to ensure processing efficiency and accuracyTo help you achieve this, ideally you'll have:Tertiary qualifications in diploma of business studies, or equivalentDemonstrated experience in Accounts Payable or general accountingDemonstrated ability to lead a team, monitor performance and improve processes including effective change managementHighly experienced in interacting with teams and stakeholders across the organisationExcellent proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and sound problem-solving skillsDemonstrated organisational and administrative skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong technical and systems skills, with experience in automationA degree in accounting, commerce or business studies or related discipline (desirable)Knowledge of EPICOR (desirable)Experience within the health, aged care and/or community service sector (desirable)Why work with us?Full-time or part-time (0.8 FTE or 8 shifts per fortnight)Not-for-profit salary packaging up to $18,300 per year - offering you more take-home pay with less taxPaid training hours to build your skillsProudly being part of a business that values Respect, Responsibility, Community, and SpiritA proven history of internal career progression and opportunities for you to move within Benetas so your story with us continuesInterested in applying:We are proud to provide an inclusive workplace - with a diverse workforce that reflects the client base.
