Responsible for 10 services and reporting to an experienced operations manager.

What you need to succeed: A drive to deliver and support exceeding practicePassion for the sector and a deep desire for improvementWanting to take the next step in your professional careerLove improving capability, developing your team and unlocking everyone's potentialAbout your new role: You will lead and enhance embedded practice across your servicesImplement the TheirCare way of programming, safety, quality and complianceCoach and mentor your teams with a focus on improvement and the cascading of knowledgeResponsibility across rostering, financial and engagement of communitiesCritical reflection and planning to support increases in child outcomes in serviceExperience and Qualifications: Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is requiredExperience as an Area ManagerStrong knowledge of industry process and RegulationsStrong knowledge of the National law & RegulationStrong knowledge of the National Quality StandardStrong understanding and knowledge of TheirCare's internal policies and proceduresHas a positive attitude and approach with a genuine desire for changeCompleted qualification approved by ACECQACurrent first aidDrivers license and ability to visit multiple centres in your regionCome and join the fun at TheirCare, submit your application now.
