When you join our inspiring team of Area Managers, you'll play a pivotal role at MACSEYE in overseeing our vibrant Kindergarten and School Aged Care programs.
As a dynamic leader you'll empower our services to break down barriers and create a positive impact in the community.
Guiding Centre Managers, Coordinators, and Educators, you will ensure we uphold the highest standards of quality care while adhering to all regulatory requirements.
You'll have the opportunity to build and nurture a talented team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What will you do Lead and coach Centre Managers and teams to achieve outstanding commercial, people, and quality outcomes, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.Ensure development and performance monitoring across the portfolio, implementing improvement plans for underperforming services.Design innovative strategies to enhance the quality of care, drive enrolment, and retain talent while managing portfolio budgets and financial performance.Promote collaborative relationships within the portfolio and with support teams, focusing on safety and adherence to all regulatory requirements.Support Centre Managers during critical incidents and identify future training needs, collaborating with L&D on development programs.Who are we looking for Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent) is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is highly desirable.Proven leadership experience in the Early Childhood, Education, or School Aged Care sector, with demonstrated results in quality, financial, and people outcomes.Strong ability to develop high-level strategies for ECE and OSHC programs, while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships across multiple sites.Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence, with a proactive "can do" attitude and willingness to engage in all aspects of work.About MACSEYE MACSEYE is a pioneering organisation focused on building a network of early childhood and school-aged care programs across the Melbourne Archdiocese.
