Enhance delivery and exceed at every step of our process to improve capability, quality and support across your region.Responsible for 7 services and reporting to an experienced Operations Manager, TheirCare is ready to invest in you, support your growth and career to deliver exceptional outcomes in your roleWhat you need to succeed:A drive to deliver and support exceeding practicePassion for the sector and a deep desire for improvementWanting to take the next step in your professional careerLove improving capability, developing your team and unlocking everyone's potentialAbout your new role:You will lead and enhance embedded practice across your servicesImplement the TheirCare way of programming, safety, quality and complianceCoach and mentor your teams with a focus on improvement and the cascading of knowledgeResponsibility across rostering, financial and engagement of communitiesCritical reflection and planning to support increases in child outcomes in serviceExperience and Qualifications:Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is requiredExperience as an Area ManagerStrong knowledge of industry process and RegulationsStrong knowledge of the National law & RegulationStrong knowledge of the National Quality StandardStrong understanding and knowledge of TheirCare's internal policies and proceduresHas a positive attitude and approach with a genuine desire for changeCompleted qualification approved by ACECQACurrent first aidDrivers license and ability to visit multiple centres in your regionCome and join the fun at TheirCare, submit your application now.
