Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products) Full time Retail Food Group are currently seeking a passionate and energetic individual with food retailing experience, for this role based in SE QLD.
This is a role for Donut King, spent on the road, visiting all our valued franchise partners.

The Opportunity We are seeking an energetic, motivated and business-minded individual to join our Operations Team as a Territory Manager.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be accountable for the support and growth of our branded network.
In this role, you will provide coaching and support to our Franchise Partners (FPs) across our Donut King portfolio.
The ability to develop strong business relationships with our branded community is key to success in this role as is the ability to drive growth through measurable outcomes with a specific focus on systems and processes.
We believe that to be successful in this role it is important that you must demonstrate our guiding principles of;
Key Responsibilities Brand executionSupport FPs in the development and execution of their business and operational plans as well as identifying potential growth opportunities in the FP businessConsistent and regular visitation to the network in line with call cycle expectationsWork with the network partners within your Territory to develop action plans that will target the in-store operations/system opportunities and assist with implementation at the store level to drive sales and customer counts by delivering a Brand standard customer experienceWork directly with the Operations Manager to identify and share best practice across the Brand, Territory and Support office teamLiaise with other Support Office departments and project teams as necessaryExperience & Competencies Demonstrated experience in Operations, ideally in a food retail environmentStrong understanding of and experience with small business owners / franchiseesExperience at working collaboratively with FPs to achieve both store sales growth and brand standard improvement.Highly motivated with ability to problem solve and work autonomouslyDemonstrated commercial business acumenDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a sense of urgencyExperience with Microsoft office suite including Teams platformCurrent valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, mobile phone and ability to travel (interstate or locally) as requiredIf this is an opportunity that interests you, please apply now Your application will include the following questions:
