Key Responsibilities: New Business Growth: Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and upselling within the existing client base.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage opportunities through all phases of the sales process to close deals, with support from internal teams.
Customer Retention: Enhance client retention and reduce churn by consistently demonstrating product value.
Solution Selling: Promote, present, and negotiate tailored solutions for prospective customers, addressing their challenges effectively.
Territory Planning: Develop and execute robust territory plans, supported by thorough market research and pipeline management.
Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with clients, transitioning accounts to appropriate counterparts when needed.
Market Insights: Provide feedback to internal teams on competitive landscape and customer preferences to guide product and campaign development.
Internal Systems: Navigate and champion the internal tech stack to maintain accurate records and reporting.
Networking & Advocacy: Represent the company and its products at industry functions, opening opportunities for growth at office and network levels.
