We are a family-owned business with 77 years in the industry specialising in the sale and service of heavy commercial trucks and trailers and agricultural and construction machinery.
The Brown and Hurley Group is the winner of many industry awards and a leading supplier to Australia's Road Transport and Agricultural Industry.
The Brown and Hurley Group is growing fast and wants you to be part of our sales team in Yatala.
You will sell a range of Kenworth trucks, meet sales targets, and build strong relationships with current and new customers.
What you'll be doing:
Expand customer base and strengthen existing customer loyalty Canvass assigned areas on a regular basis, as determined by your manager Cold call and provide quotes to customers Refer all truck finance opportunities to the finance department Ensure all truck sale paperwork is completed correctly and that trucks are delivered on time, as per customer order and clean Ensure customer vehicle needs are met by correctly identifying the make, model, and variation of the vehicle they require Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make more purchases Represent the company at trade fairs, shows, field days, customer nights, etc.
as determined by your manager What we're looking for:
Proven track record selling trucks Sales driven, customer-focused, and excellent communicator, negotiator, and problem-solver HR licence DAF and Kenworth knowledge is desirable We also welcome truck tradespeople and heavy machinery salespeople looking to move into sales.
