Je bent hét gezicht in de markt voor de klanten van Mobility & Manufacturing (specifiek sector Bouw in het Midden/Westen van het land).

Je werk Als Business Banker adviseer je onze klanten over kredietverlening en dagelijkse bankzaken.Door strategisch mee te denken bied je onze klanten een oplossing op maat.Je voert met klanten de dialoog over verduurzaming en het versnellen van de energie transitie.Je hebt direct klantcontact en zoekt actief naar commerciële kansen waarbij je zowel naar de onderneming van de klant als naar hun belangen als ondernemer kijkt.Verder volg je de ontwikkelingen binnen de wereld van je portefeuille en vergroot je je sectorale kennis en expertise.Als Business Banker heb je een voorbeeldrol voor de rest van het team en coach je nieuwe collega's. Werkomgeving Als Business Banker maak je deel uit van een veelzijdig, divers en ondernemend team dat bestaat uit 16 collega's.
Er heerst een informele en open sfeer tussen collega's.
Verder werk je samen met de financieringsspecialisten van Financing Solutions.
Als sr Business Banker rapporteer je aan de sector manager Mobility & Manufacturing.
Vanuit verschillende locaties bedien je onze klanten (S3 segment).
Je gaat ook regelmatig bij klanten en netwerken langs.
We bieden je de ruimte om deels vanuit huis te werken en je werktijden en locaties flexibel in te delen.Business Client Sales richt zich op zakelijke klanten met een omzet tot ongeveer 25 miljoen.
Met diepgaande klant- en sectorkennis bieden we onze klanten een breed palet aan producten en diensten via zowel het digitale kanaal als persoonlijk advies bij maatwerk.
Wij streven ernaar onze diensten en producten constant te vernieuwen en verbeteren, gedreven door digitalisering, technologische ontwikkeling en nieuwe klantbehoeften.

Wat je verder nodig hebt:• HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, minimaal 5 jaar bewezen ervaring in de zakelijke financiële dienstverlening.• Zowel ervaring op kredietniveau als op relatieniveau.• Kennis van actuele maatschappelijke, economische en ontwikkelingen binnen de relevante sectoren, de structuur en organisatie ervan, de marktpartijen en relevante wet- en regelgeving.• Ervaring met commerciële processen en technieken, klantenprofielen, kansen herkennen en benutten.• Proactieve mindset en een hands on mentaliteit.

Wij bieden Het bruto maandsalaris is op basis van een 36-urige werkweek, inclusief vakantiegeld en benefit budget.Het benefit budget bedraagt 11% van je salaris.
Als je in een maand geen aankopen of reserveringen doet in de Benefit Shop, krijg je over die maand een twaalfde deel van je benefit budget uitbetaald.Vijf weken vakantie per jaar.
Je hebt de mogelijkheid om vier weken per jaar bij te kopen.Persoonlijk Ontwikkelbudget van € 1.000,- per jaar.
