Immediate start - $90,000 + Super Convenient Woolloongabba location, close to public transport 6-month Fixed Term Contract - potential for permanency Our Client: Our client is a national, fast-growing, and acquisitive organisation seeking an immediately available Payroll Officer to support their ongoing expansion.
Join a close-knit team of four payroll professionals, providing end-to-end payroll services.
This position is initially a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities: Process payroll accurately and efficiently for designated entities.
Provide reliable advice on payroll-related inquiries, ensuring adherence to processes, policies, agreements, and laws.
Analyse data to make recommendations for optimizing payroll operations.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with empathy.
Adhere to organisational values and strategic priorities.
Manage high-volume payroll administration within set timelines.
Serve as a central point of contact for employee payroll inquiries.
Ensure compliance with awards, agreements, legislation, and policies.
Contribute to identifying areas for improvement in payroll processes.
Qualifications, Experience, and Capabilities: Experience in end-to-end payroll processing or similar roles.
Proficiency in integrated HR/Payroll systems and excellent time management.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose enhancements.
Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Must be immediately available
