About the opportunity Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payrolls and associated reporting.
The role Accurate Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, and adjustments.Compliance and Record Keeping: Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.Employee Support: Handle payroll queries and provide exceptional support to staff, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.Collaboration: Work closely with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.Reporting: Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.About you To be successful in this role you will have:A solid working knowledge of CHRIS 213+ years of experience with Australian payrollExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong relationship building and interpersonal skillsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrated priorities management and problem-solving capabilityProficient user of MS Office (including Microsoft Word and Excel)Understand or be able to interpret a variety of awards/EBA agreementsWhy join Fletcher Building?
