You are also a strong leader with demonstrated people management and merchandise operational skills.
Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage merchandise business plans and budgetsProcessing sales and performing sales quotesLeading a merchandise sales teamProactively source new business to achieve KPI's and targetsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending the Elders range of products and services that will strengthen the growth of their businessAbout youTo excel at Elders, you:Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative working environmentAre passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your communityHave extensive sales experience and a successful sales record in a rural products businessAre committed to the provision of high-quality customer servicePossess extensive knowledge of agriculture products, the region, and our competitorsHave an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clientsAbout EldersAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
