With 24 Restaurants nationwide and another 26 more in the pipeline, the company is looking for a young at heart, Social Media & graphic Assistant that wants to work with the CEO and Marketing manager who will coach them through the journey.
It is a role that is exciting and full of creativity.Required: Must be an Australian citizenMust have a driver's license and a carBachelor or Diploma in graphic design/communications/marketing/social media marketingUnderstands social media marketing concepts and paradigmsHas experience in producing creative designs for social media platforms, menu updates etc Has experience in adobe suite, canva, photoshop etc This position entails:Develop, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.Creative thinking and creative design where the individual can bring the vision to life for different concepts across the various projects Kickin'Inn is currently working onWorking with digital insights and interpreting the analysis of the data that derives from the social media platformsWorking with the Head of Marketing to design, implement, and optimise, an omnichannel strategy across social media touchpoints that drive business growth Working with the Head of Marketing on large projects that help drive promotions, branding and social media engagement from a creative lensInnovative drivers, such as merchandising that supports social media campaigns and marketing strategiesEnsure all restaurants are on board delivering the brand identity by developing, coaching and presenting the market findings.Keeps all files, photo library and video library up to date which includes CEO interviews, wiki and all trade-related documentation, which includes websites, apps, booking portals, social media portals, designs and looksDesirable: Experience in photographyExperience in videography Experience in photoshop, canva etc.
