Landscape Contracts Administrator

LD Total is one of Australia's largest and most respected landscaping companies with over 400 employees, across Western Australia, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia.
We have an exciting opportunity for anyone willing to be pushed outside their comfort zone and looking to advance their career.
You will be responsible for managing contracts from start to finish for a wide range of construction projects with a focus on large commercial landscaping projects, ranging from $20k to $4m.
The successful applicant will ideally possess skills and experience in the following areas;
Project Management. Experience in landscape construction or similar. High level of client liaison and customer service experience. Subcontractor procurement and negotiating. Submission and approval of RFI's, EOT's, and contract variations. High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Outlook. You will be working with the Senior Contract Administrator and site supervisors to complete projects on time, on budget and ensure the highest standard of workmanship for our clients.
Applicants with a landscaping background will be highly regarded.
