The projects will consist of both new build and major upgrades.This role will see you overseeing the construction delivery of building packages as a Senior Contracts Administrator, managing subcontractors and service suppliers, developing and maintaining construction programs, and implementing the procurement strategy. You will be managing & developing a team as well.To succeed in this role, you will have:Qualified in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc)Previous on-site construction delivery experience of at least 5+ years.Experience being the financial lead of projectsClear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externallyPrior suitable experience in a reputable construction/interiors/fit out organization is a mustExcellent communication skills are essentialWould you like to join a team that really makes a difference?
