Headed by Luke Gerathy, the HNE team consists of 70+ permanent, long-term regional residents.Capable of delivering projects in excess of $300m in value across all sectors, our HNE Team members are dedicated to delivering projects successfully to ensure the growth of the region and maintain long-term relationships with our clients and consultants.THE ROLE
You'll benefit from the support of an experienced and motivated Commercial leadership team whilst you provide end-to-end subcontractor contract administration based on a project, including but not limited to:Cost and head contract managementEstablish appropriate management plans in line with head contract risk and opportunitiesPreparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules across multiple trades across the project lifecycleProgress claims and variationsDemonstrate understanding of construction practices, sequencing of methodology and value of building-related goals (materials and services)Cost and project reporting via CHEOPS and Aconex - training providedABOUT YOU
Senior and mid-level construction/building contract/commercial management skill set with experience managing head and subcontracts on government building projectsAspiring contract administration level; demonstrated experience in leading subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built form projectsIndustry relevant degree qualificationFamiliarity with Contract Law principles & construction-specific Acts, codes, and RegulationsConfident & collaborative communicatorSelf-motivated and ability to drive autonomous outcomes and decisionsProcess and system appreciativeWHY RCC?

With 550 full-time staff, our personnel's depth of experience enables the company to deliver 50 projects at any one time across all major industry sectors for projects up to $250m in value.With our original and head office in Sydney, we provide localized client service with offices in Tamworth, Newcastle, and Canberra.
Delivering projects in regional locations is a large part of our business.
On average, 30% of our projects have been delivered regionally, including major projects such as the Tamworth Hospital and the South Coast Correctional Centre.Being multi-skilled and diversified across project size, delivery form, building type, and location allows us to tailor our service to suit our client's specific requirements, risk preferences, priorities, and concerns.
