Are you an experienced Senior Contract Administrator or an ambitious Junior Project Manager in the commercial construction industry?
We're seeking a talented professional to be part of our long-term vision on the Sunshine Coast.
Gardner Vaughan Group, an established, award-winning Southeast Brisbane based builder developer with a 35-year history, is looking for a skilled Senior Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager to join our established site team.
You'll work alongside our contract administrators, supported by the Project Manager, on an $80m multi-residential project in the heart of Bokarina Beach.
About the Role Permanent Full-time positionSunshine Coast locationMultiple avenues for future growthWe're Looking for Someone Who Has experience in multi-residential/commercial projects between $25-100mIs confident in all aspects of contract administrationHas Procore experience (advantageous)Holds a tertiary qualification in construction management or related fieldPossesses a driver's licence and construction white cardIs passionate about building and eager to contribute to team successIn this role, you'll bring comprehensive knowledge of a contract administrator, and a solid understanding of the Construction Contracts Act.
You'll implement our proven processes, play a crucial role in project delivery, and learn from experienced team members while taking on increasing responsibilities.
