Senior Contracts Administrator / Junior Project ManagerJoin a leading construction firm on the Sunshine Coast as a Senior Contract Administrator and take the first step toward advancing your career as a Junior Project Manager.
This is an opportunity to work on a prestigious landmark $100 million multi-residential project offering a unique blend of responsibilities and professional growth.
What You'll Do: Manage all aspects of contract administration for projects valued between $25 million and $100 million.Work closely with the Project Manager and a skilled team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest standards of safety and quality.Handle financial and procurement processes, maintaining strict compliance with project budgets and schedules.Engage with various project stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.Be part of a dynamic site team driving a multi-storey residential development over two towers.Who You Are: Experienced in contract administration, ideally within multi-residential or commercial construction.Proficient in contract administration processes, with knowledge of Procore software seen as a plus.Hold a tertiary qualification in construction management or a related field.Possess a valid driver's license and a construction white card.A team player with a strong passion for the construction industry and a desire for collective success.This role not only places you at the heart of significant construction projects but also provides mentorship from a Senior Project Manager, equipping you with valuable leadership skills and paving your path towards becoming a Junior Project Manager.
