They pride themselves on producing innovative products and heavily invest in the training and development of their people to set them up for success.About the RoleAs the Payroll Manager, you will work in a team of three to deliver payroll services to over 1000 employees (and growing).Your responsibilities will include:End to end payroll for multiple entitiesProvide support to the payroll team as neededAdvising key stakeholders with regards to Award conditionsSystem and payroll auditsKeep abreast of key changes in payroll legislationPayroll cost analysisLodgement and reporting including EOM, EOFY, STP, Superannuation, Leave Liability, Payroll Tax & WGEA.The BenefitsWork from either the Gold Coast office or the Brisbane CBD officeOpportunity to grow your teamRegular celebrationsBirthday RDOWork-from-home flexibility - one to two days per week7.30am to 4.00pm workdayAbout YouTo thrive in this position, you should be a senior payroll officer or manager with experience running a large end-to-end payroll and have the demonstrated capability to support and mentor others.You will need to be a specialist in payroll reporting and compliance, with the natural curiosity to delve into systems and processes in order to optimise efficiency and ensure the integrity of the payroll.Please apply by uploading your current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
