INTERNAL SALES / QUOTATIONS – ARCHITECTURAL & COMMERCIAL LIGHTING DISTRIBUTOR Raylinc Lighting is a Brisbane based architectural and commercial lighting company specialising in marketing and distribution for a selection of highly regarded local and international luminaire manufacturers.

We are looking for an honest and reliable person who takes pride in their work to add to our team in the role of internal projects manager / quotations officer.
The role is Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM, leaving your weekends free for family and friends.

Frontline internal sales involving liaison with clients and luminaire manufacturers Preparation and provision of quotations Management of project lighting orders for clients Communication with internal and external stakeholders Providing support for our external team of sales representatives and clients What you need:
Excellent interpersonal skills A friendly and professional phone manner A high regard for attention to detail An analytical mind with good problem solving ability The ability to interpret basic construction documents The ability to make considered decisions and work unsupervised A good understanding and application of customer service Familiarity with MS Office particularly Excel and Outlook Experience in using MYOB EXO or similar POS/accounting software and previous experience in the lighting industry, electrical wholesale or similar would be an advantage but is not necessary If you want to get away from weekend roster or overtime obligations, send your CV and other relevant information to
