What's In It For You: $130,000 + SuperannuationBe rewarded financially for high performanceWork closely with an entrepreneurial Senior Leadership TeamOpportunity to gain experience in multiple industries, such as property and property development, hospitality and alternative investments, across several jurisdictionsMentor and drive a team of Accounting and Accounting Support professionalsImmerse yourself in several projects on top of an exciting BAUPolished head office that is a 4 minute walk from local train stationAbout You: You are a qualified accountant (CA ANZ, CPA Australia)You thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the sameSelf-motivated with an intrinsic desire to strive for excellence, show initiative, work collaboratively, and demonstrate continual self-developmentYou have exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to train less experienced employeesAbout the Role: Facilitate the development of key financial initiatives as requested by the Managing Director, CFO or Financial ControllerPrepare Financial Reports for the assigned portfolio/s to key stakeholdersReview, analyse and provide meaningful insights into the data presented in the reportsAssist with preparation of financial budgets and ongoing projection and forecastingAssist with liquidity managementOngoing review of costs and management of control measuresInvestigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-complianceEnsure ongoing compliance of all statutory and regulatory requirements e.g.
BAS, annual tax returns etc.Contributing to the optimisation and ongoing training and development of existing and new systems/application #J-18808-Ljbffr
