Administrative Support Officer - Health Placement Support Hub Full-time Primary Location (Campus): Gold Coast Campus Employment Type: Full Time Appointment Type: Continuing The Health Placement Support Hub Administrative Officer is responsible for providing professional administration services, timely advice, support, and liaison to students, staff, and external stakeholders in matters relating to fit for professional practice requirements and student support.
Key responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks, including procurement, room bookings, meetings, building access, and visitor logistics.
Provide professional and confidential support to the Support Hub via reception, phone, email, and general duties.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the Sonia Placement System.
Facilitate communication and reporting between the Support Hub, students, Schools, and external stakeholders.
Advise and assist Health Students with professional practice requirements, uniforms, and general support.
What we can offer:
This is a continuing, full-time position and will be based at the Griffith University Gold Coast campus.
Salary range:
The full-time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 4 range $71,827 - $75,785 per annum + 17% superannuation.
The total FTE package will be in the range $84,038 - $88,669 per annum.
About you:
To be successful within this role you would require previous Administrative Officer experience.
Qualifications in a relevant field would be favourable.
