Customer Service Officer Perth - City/Inner, Western Australia, Australia Casual / Temporary / Contract Customer Service & Call Centre Call Centre - Inbound Position : Customer Service Officer Length of Assignment : 3 months with a possible view to go extend.

Job Brief/Overview: Duties: As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be at the forefront of all customer interactions, ensuring each interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include: Answering and directing incoming phone calls Handling complaints regarding services and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Rebooking missed services promptly Monitoring and responding to emails in shared mailboxes in a timely manner.
Booking scheduled services accurately and efficiently.
Resolving disputes Updating the system with new information Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidate is someone who embodies the spirit of excellent customer service.
You should possess the following qualities: Previous call center experience or high volume call environment Proficiency with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce Customer-focused with a passion for exceeding expectations.
A strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
