We're thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to be part of a premium commercial property located in the bustling heart of Sydney CBD.
You'll be joining a dynamic team committed to leading, overseeing, and implementing Investa's customer-focused property services.
Additionally, this role offers operational support to the General Manager to ensure efficient performance and management of the asset/s.
You will implement customer-centric property services in accordance with the management agreement, assisting the broader team with tenant relationship management and implementing tenant engagement plan.
Your strong attention to detail will be complemented by your ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
It's essential to have strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for the property industry.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Work closely with the property administration team to ensure Voyager tenant records are accurate and audit ready at all times Liaising with tenants and feeding back to the team Assisting Property Managers on inspections Working closely with the marketing team Facilitating the preparation, collation, and delivery of tenancy related documentation to assist in the effective management of assets Working closely with the Property Managers to undertake lease renewals and assist with leasing activities Assisting with monthly reports in accordance with the Service Agreement and timetable Preparing tenant maintenance forms, verifying invoices, and issuing tenant rent review letters Assisting with annual audit processes for assigned assets.
What you will need to be successful:
Preferably a Degree in Business or Property Strong customer service Competent in MS Word and Excel Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills Proven experience in an administrative capacity in a corporate environment Proficient communication skills (verbal and written) including report writing.
