Billing And Contracts Administrator

The Role Whilst accounting experience is desirable, the nature of the role lends itself to those with strong communications skills, good organisational skills, and solid basic Microsoft office skills.
Reporting to the Billing Lead your main responsibilities will include: Managing the monthly billing cycle.
Liaising with Engineers and assisting them raise bills to their clients.
Ensure the accuracy of client information within our project management system.
Respond to and resolve billing queries.
Provide professional and superior Customer Service to clients (internal and external).
Provide accurate and efficient Analysis, Reconciliations, and Reporting as required by clients (internal and external).
Ensure clients' needs are met in accordance with billing requirements.
Raise invoicing adjustments as required.
Qualifications Accounting or book-keeping qualification Essential skills & work experience At least four years' experience in a similar role Good attention to detail and accuracy in the preparation of documents Good understanding of bespoke software for production of billings Good understanding of client needs for billing Good organisational skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office The above position provides an excellent opportunity to join an established and continually expanding consultancy, as well as an attractive salary and benefits for the right candidate.
