Head Of Business Intelligence

About the Role You will lead our talented Business Intelligence team in developing and implementing data strategies that align with our business objectives.
You will oversee real-time data analytics to ensure data accuracy and generate insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Strategically lead and mentor the BI team to enhance their data analysis skills, ensuring they produce reports that effectively support all departments in monitoring workflows and gaining insights through well-designed metrics while ensuring that these align with the company's goals and objectives.Analyze complex data using tools and methods to create insights and trends to support management's decision-making.Visualize, develop, and maintain the collected data through reports and dashboards while ensuring the accuracy and user-friendliness of information.Engage with the leaders and cross-functional teams to understand their needs and boost the team's overall operation by providing insights that identify potential challenges and opportunities.Oversee the selection and maintenance of BI tools and technology stacks, ensuring they meet the organization's changing needs and support advanced data analysis capabilities.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.3+ years of proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role, with a strong background in leading teams and cross-functional collaboration.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g.
Looker Studio, Visual Studio Code, and Google Cloud such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, etc) and statistical methods.
