Green by Nature is seeking a skilled Landscape Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for constructing and maintaining high-quality landscapes for a variety of projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of design and functionality.
Sites include private schools, commercial properties, and residential areas.
This position is ideal for experienced tradespeople with a passion for landscaping and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Execute various landscape construction tasks, including turfing, paving, retaining walls, and planting.Install hardscapes such as pathways, patios, and water features.Build timber structures and features, such as pergolas, decking, and fences.Construct brick and block structures.Build and install retaining walls to support landscape designs and prevent soil erosion.Perform softscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, and maintaining garden beds.Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.Receive above Award rates for your expertise.Access prerequisite training to excel in your role.Enjoy a supplied uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE).Engage in team social events.Annual pay reviews.Thrive in a supportive management team and fantastic team culture.Access to our Employee Assistance Program, provides you free and confidential mental health support.A safety-first work culture ensures you come to work and leave safely every day.Ongoing safety training programs and resources available.About YouProven experience in landscape construction or a related field.Proficient in the use of landscaping tools and machinery.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.Works well in a collaborative team environment.Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence.Valid driver's license required; additional certifications (e.g., White Card) preferred.Our Team & CultureDiscover Green by Nature, our purpose is to enhance lives by constructing, nurturing, and maintaining exceptional green spaces.
