Their team is looking for a collaborative people leader to bring them together and unite them for future success.
With a team of 7, it will be a diverse and busy role, but has the advantage of being primarily state-based.
Reporting to the Sales Director, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching and developing a team of sales representatives for hospital and aged care clientsWorking closely with the Leadership Team to implement strategy and drive growthSupporting the team to grow the business including key hospital accountsCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support a complex portfolio of productsTo be considered for this role, you will have:
Degree qualifications in Science, Business, Marketing or related fieldA track record of successfully leading a high performance team in a hospital or aged care sales environmentSignificant knowledge of capital medical sales buying strategiesThe motivation and drive to suit a busy, diverse team and business environment.This is a role suited to someone who is a true people leader and willing and able to have the hard conversations when needed, while being collaborative and inclusive.
