We are seeking a Food Service Assistant for our CraigCare Moonee Ponds Home on a Part time / Casual basis.
About Your Role As a Food Service Assistant using your previous hospitality experience, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, presentation, serving, and clean-up of meals to our residents.
You will bring a strong commitment to customer service, food safety, and an understanding of special dietary requirements that will have a positive impact on the wellbeing of our residents.
What You Will Do Assist with monitoring and recording requirements of the Food Safety ProgramContribute to a clean and safe working environment to ensure the safety of our residents, visitors, and staffEnsure all Kitchen cleaning tasks meet CraigCare standardsUnderstand residents' special dietary requirementsUnderstand and execute infection control initiativesEnsure all cleaning tasks meet CraigCare StandardsWhat You Will Bring Demonstrated experience in a similar role (medium to large Kitchen)Excellent communication skillsAbility to work as a team playerFlexibility to work varied shiftsPrevious Aged Care experience in Kitchen operationsSound knowledge of Food Safety StandardsProvide NDIS clearance, Rights to Work and up-to-date COVID & Flu vaccinationsCulture and Benefits Learning & Development.
