Brisbane IT & Telecomms Business Analyst 12 months contract + potential to extend Brisbane- Hybrid role Excellent remuneration In this pivotal role, you will lead the Change Management Strategy and oversee essential functions such as communications planning, user experience design, and process mapping.
You will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure that change initiatives align with our organizational objectives, fostering a culture of effective adaptation and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement robust change management strategies that support organizational goals and facilitate smooth transitions.
Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans that resonate with stakeholders and encourage engagement.
Drive user experience design initiatives and develop personas to create solutions focused on user needs, enhancing the overall experience.
Partner with stakeholders to outline and optimize future processes in line with strategic objectives and user experience best practices.
Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the effects of changes and formulate strategies to address challenges.
Oversee the creation and delivery of training programs and organizational design initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of change efforts.
About you: A recognized change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is highly valued.
Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects, preferably in a human resources context or similar environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high-performing team while ensuring effective resource management.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills at a senior level.
Strong capability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement strategic solutions for large-scale initiatives.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and support for critical project activities.
