ProQuest Recruitment, a privately owned and well-established Recruitment Company with a National presence, is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Industry professional to join our team in the position of Business Manager - Victoria, based at our Dandenong office.
Reporting to the Director - Operations, you will be involved in the management of all business operations of our Dandenong Business.
With an established team of Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers in place, your role is to lead all operational service delivery and to lead service solutions to our customers and employees' needs.
You will manage all staff and client delivery in line with our company values.
The successful applicant will have extensive recruitment experience, previous management experience in leading teams or business units, and be able to demonstrate impeccable customer relationships and service delivery standards.
While managing the day-to-day performance with a hands-on approach, you will be required to focus on the output of all employees in line with customer and business requirements and have proven experience related to business strategy and stakeholder management.
