We are well on our way.About the Role:Our Business Systems Support Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective administration, analysis, and enhancement of our internal and SAS systems.
This position is responsible for maintaining system integrity, providing data-driven insights, supporting vendor relationships, and delivering comprehensive training and support to end users.The role provides technical expertise and analytical skills, as well as providing outstanding customer service, partnering with business stakeholders to provide tailored, timely system solutions with a focus on continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Hold a tertiary qualification in IT or a related field, or have significant demonstrated experience in a related role.Proved experience in and detailed understanding of administration of internal and SAS systems improvements including maintenance, configuration and user management.Understand the importance of and take great satisfaction in delighting internal stakeholders.Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and support the creation and ongoing management of IT strategies through data-driven insights.Great knowledge of IT change processes and policies.If you've worked with Microsoft Dynamics products, HRIS or Medical Management software, we would particularly love to hear from you.What We Offer:Learning & Development: Access to great learning and development programs to support your professional growth.Work-Life Balance: Option to accrue RDOs to help you balance work and life commitments as well as flexible work options.Staff Member Discount: Significant staff savings and benefits in our pharmacy, medical and eyecare networks.Community Impact: Be part of a purpose-driven organisation that contributes to bettering the health outcomes of our community.About UFS Healthcare:With our headquarters in Ballarat we:operate 19 pharmacies across the western region of Victoria delivering health services beyond dispensing.offer a range of services through our four medical centres.provide non-emergency medical care, free of charge to our local community through the Ballarat Urgent Care Centre (UCC).offer optical services through our eyecare business.At UFS we are a welcoming and inclusive workplace where people from all cultures and identities are embraced and encouraged to be their true selves every day.
