As an Innovation Manager, you will advocate for and enable innovation across Suncorp. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll design and deliver programs that build capability, enhance culture, and foster creativity across the enterprise. This is a hands-on role where you'll facilitate workshops, lead exciting initiatives like hackathons, and empower teams to embrace experimentation and customer-centric thinking.
What You'll Do Partner with senior leaders to design and implement strategies that drive innovation capability and embed innovative practices across the organisationDevelop and deliver workshops, learning resources, and coaching programs to equip teams with the tools, language, and processes needed for innovation successChampion innovation behaviours, drive cultural change, and develop communications to inspire and engage employees at all levelsLead the planning and execution of Suncorp Hackathons, including event logistics, team facilitation, and resource designWork with internal teams and external partners to deliver initiatives that drive real-world outcomes, create value for customers, and position Suncorp as an innovation leader What You'll Bring 5+ years in corporate innovation, learning/coaching, customer experience, or strategyStrong facilitation and workshop delivery skillsProven ability to coach and develop teams to embrace innovation practicesDeep understanding of Human-Centred Design principles and innovation frameworksExperience in managing virtual or in-person events (preferred)Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills What we can offer A range of flexible working and leave options, including 20 weeks paid parental leave, 4 weeks paid secondary carer parental leave and unlimited paid emergency response leaveDiscounts and offers on a range of retail favourite stores as well as insurance productsGive back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leaveInvest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs; andPrioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee council
