Flagship Showroom Manager - Swimming Pool Supplies Our client is a nationwide, market-leading swimming pool supplies company with over 20 years of experience delivering complete pool-build solutions to the Australian market.
Their premium range products are showcased in stunning multi-award-winning showrooms as they focus on innovation, new products, new regions, and new concepts.
In line with recent and continued success, they have opened an exciting new showroom , complete with a state-of-the-art 2000sqm exhibitor space that will showcase the latest in affiliated industry supplier products and services to complement their own range and deliver seamless end-to-end pool solutions under one roof.
They are now looking for an outstanding Exhibitor Showroom Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and sales function of this incredible new space.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Showroom Manager will manage the showroom team and drive overall sales, operations, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with exhibitors to secure them into space, ensuring product displays are up to standard and promoting sales.
Oversee the exhibitor partner area of the showroom, managing and recruiting new and existing exhibitor relationships, and coordinating the space effectively.
Manage the team, which will include 3-5 staff members.
Ensure the new showroom is ready by April, overseeing setup and operations.
Responsible for achieving revenue targets of the business.
Hire and manage the team within the exhibitor showroom (direct reports).
Work closely with the wider showroom team to help oversee the main showroom area, as required.
Interact with potential customers, guiding them to the right exhibitors and assisting with inquiries.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Our highly regarded national client is looking for an experienced Showroom Manager, Exhibition Sales Manager, MICE Sales Manager, Facilities Sales, or Facilities Operations Manager.
Sales managers from big box retail such as IKEA or Bunnings will also be considered.
Ideal profile:
Experience in managing a showroom or exhibition space.
Driving exhibitor referrals and helping with exhibitor onboarding.
Must be a relationship champion and a natural salesperson.
Strong understanding of sales targets, customer service, and operations.
Connections with pool or landscaping products or associations (preferred).
Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable working weekends as part of the role.

SALARY:
Approximately $120K-$140K (based on experience) + Super + bonus.
