We use premium local ingredients for our delicious, classic, and on-trend recipes.
Burger Urge Forster is a fast-growing and dynamic restaurant chain with a passion for burgers.
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Venue Manager who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving a positive workplace culture.
We don't want a clipboard manager - we want someone who is motivated, hardworking, and embraces change.

As our Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic staff members and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
You will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining our facilities.
The Role Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer serviceEnsuring the restaurant is always clean, tidy, and well-maintained.Building and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and partnersDeveloping and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.Monitoring and analysing sales and financial data to make informed business decisions.Creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture that fosters teamwork and collaboration.Recruiting, training, and developing team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.Burger Urge Perks Generous employee discount on all menu items and merchandiseGrowing company with expanding roles and promotion pathwaysStrong market position within the industry with ongoing job security assured.Burger Urge is the most creative brand in the industry today, which flow into our operating structure and management processes.What are we seeking?
