The role is responsible for reviewing financial information (actual, forecast and budget) and investigating anomalies.
As a Financial Analyst, you will have great time management skills to ensure the team meets its reporting deadlines, and stakeholder management skills to liaise with NSW Treasury and NSW Health finance staff.
SalaryCrown Clerk 7/8, starting salary from $106,025 - $117,363 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.
What you'll be doingThe Finance Analyst is responsible for the preparation of monthly submissions to NSW Treasury for the State Revenues - Ministry of Health agency, including budgets, actuals, projections, and forward estimates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with NSW Treasury policies and guidelines.
You will also conduct revenue assessments for all Commonwealth Federal Funding Agreements, playing a key role in maintaining data quality and supporting effective financial reporting.
