The Translink Operations Centre has an exciting temporary opportunity for a skilled senior advisor.
The successful applicant will provide strategic guidance to senior management instrumental in enhancing the efficiency, reliability & sustainability of public transportation services, making a positive impact on communities throughout Queensland.

Some of your responsibilities will include: Provide prompt resolution to current and anticipated challenges in real-time network monitoring, communications, and security monitoring to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.Cultivate and foster relationships with internal teams, departments, and external stakeholders.
Represent the Transport Coordination Centre to delivery partners and suppliers, actively communicating and negotiating to establish and maintain positive connections.Efficiently oversee and coordinate all logistical aspects of the seven-day-a-week operations centre, ensuring seamless coordination of personnel, resources, and equipment.
Demonstrate strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to adapt swiftly to dynamic operational requirements.Support the Manager of Transport Coordination in maintaining efficient operations through in-depth research and analysis.
Provide recommendations and operational insights to drive innovation and project development, ensuring continuous improvement of the Centre's capabilities and services.Assist in collating sensitive and confidential administrative and financial information, including human resources, procurement, payroll, and operational decision-making.
Maintain the accuracy and security of critical records through meticulous attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.Applications to remain current for 12 months. Job Ad Reference: QLD/613786/25
