What You'll Do Build Solutions That Matter
Transform customer challenges into opportunities by leveraging innovative software solutions.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver systems that create safer, more efficient workplaces.
Client Consulting
Partner with stakeholders to understand and address client business needs.
Provide strategic guidance on EHS software implementation.
Conduct needs assessments, develop tailored solutions, and deliver workshops and training sessions.
Solution Implementation
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of EHS software solutions.
Configure, validate, and test solutions to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Development of customer Reports and Dashboard through the use of SQL based reporting tools.
Integrate systems seamlessly into existing client processes.
Quality Assurance
Deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
Continuously review and refine project processes to improve efficiency.
Continuous Support
Stay current with EHS regulations, industry trends, and technology updates.
Contribute to the evolution of best practices and consulting methodologies.

What You'll Bring Expertise That Drives Success
Your ability to combine technical expertise with exceptional communication will help customers achieve their goals.
With a passion for problem-solving and collaboration, you'll be at the heart of impactful software implementations.

Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years' experience post-graduation, preferably in IT or software implementation.
Proven success in customer implementation roles, including requirement gathering, configuration, and migration.
Solid understanding of software implementation methodologies and enterprise software delivery.
Degree-qualified (preferred) with technical expertise in IT or computer science Strong project management skills—ability to handle multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills—verbal and written—with an ability to simplify technical concepts.
